I am a Civil Engineering graduate from the Institute of Civil Engineers of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers of India (AMICE). With over 16 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, I have had the privilege of working with renowned organizations such as TATA, NCC, VNC, CIPL, and Dubai SPCL. During my professional journey, I progressed from Site Engineer to General Manager, gaining comprehensive expertise in project execution, quality management, planning, safety, and team leadership.
Driven by a vision to deliver excellence in the infrastructure sector, I established ZION GREENBUILD INFRACON in 2025 with the objective of providing professional, reliable, and high-quality construction solutions across Hyderabad and beyond.
Our journey began with CASAGRAND HYDERS Pvt. Ltd., a Chennai-based real estate developer, where we successfully executed villa construction projects. We further expanded our expertise by successfully undertaking the CASAGRAND EVON High-Rise Residential Project, demonstrating our capabilities in large-scale RCC structural works and modern construction methodologies.
Building on this success, we also undertook the Vision Arsha High-Rise Residential Project, further strengthening our reputation for quality execution, timely project delivery, adherence to safety standards, and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Pradeep Seelam is a B.Tech Engineering graduate with expertise in strategic procurement, supply chain management, vendor coordination, and resource mobilization. As Supply Chain Director, he plays a key role in ensuring the timely availability of materials and resources essential for efficient project execution.
His strong coordination skills, practical approach, and commitment to operational excellence have significantly contributed to the company’s growth and development.
Mr. Pradeep was also a key financial investor in the company’s second project, providing valuable financial support and confidence during a crucial stage of the company’s expansion and establishment. His technical expertise, leadership, and commitment continue to contribute to the company’s long-term success.
NIMMALA KRISHNA is an MCA graduate with strong experience in Materials Management, Staff & Labour Management, Client Coordination, and Billing Follow-up.
He has played a key role in the successful execution of our initial projects. As one of the early financial investors during the first project execution, he provided valuable financial and operational support to the company.
His consistent involvement at the site level, effective coordination with clients and teams, and commitment to the organization have made him a highly dependable member of our team.
He is one of the strong pillars of Zion Greenbuild Infracon, contributing significantly to our growth, stability, and successful project execution.
Mr. Y. Rama Raju is the Founder and Managing Director of ZION GREENBUILD INFRACON and is the key person responsible for the company’s overall leadership, growth, and project operations. He plays a major role in establishing client relationships, handling commercial negotiations, and securing projects for the organization.
He leads engineer and manpower mobilization, project planning and execution, and the finalization of necessary formwork designs and construction methodologies. He coordinates with clients, consultants, engineers, vendors, and project teams to achieve project targets while maintaining the required standards of quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion.
He is also actively involved in financial planning and cash-flow management and has personally invested financial resources towards the company’s working capital and day-to-day operational requirements. His financial commitment has provided essential support for resource mobilization, project execution, manpower deployment, procurement, and the continued growth of the company.
His technical expertise, leadership, commercial understanding, financial commitment, and hands-on approach to project execution have been instrumental in establishing and strengthening ZION GREENBUILD INFRACON.
